Overview
Security and networking are the invisible infrastructure of any enterprise or campus. ZANSTAR starts with camera placement: mapping blind spots at entrances, perimeters, corridors and key areas, then specifying camera type (bullet, PTZ or dome), resolution, night-vision and lighting needs. Storage capacity is planned alongside — NVR or cloud — so footage is kept long enough and can always be retrieved.
For the server room we build out racks, patch panels, UPS power and temperature control, giving servers, switches and storage a stable environment. On the network side we handle backbone fibre, structured cabling, wireless coverage and internet-usage management, with office, teaching and guest networks separated as needed to protect bandwidth and security.
More importantly, we keep it running: scheduled inspections, fault response and records management. Every installation leaves behind drawings and a point schedule, so adding cameras or tracing a fault later is always documented — avoiding the familiar situation where the IT manager leaves and the system falls apart.
